THE CONTEXT

Businesses in the Mboa keep their books in notebooks and scattered files, on a network that drops. They needed a tool that keeps selling offline and stays compliant with the OHADA chart of accounts.

The point of sale runs without a network on a local database and syncs when the connection returns. Entries follow the SYSCOHADA chart of accounts, client receivables are tracked to the balance, and an AI copilot answers business questions with charts. Web, macOS and Windows share one core.
