Our approach
The HuginMboa website currently does not place any cookies. It uses no advertising cookie, behavioural-tracking cookie or social-network tracker. The audience measurement described below works without cookies.
The contact form sends your data to our server endpoint, hosted by Vercel, which delivers it through our email provider Resend to HuginMboa's contact address.
What we store locally

These items are not cookies and remain in your browser. The website first follows the browser's theme preference; hm-theme is only stored after a manual change. They are used only to remember the selected display and avoid replaying the introduction during the session.
Audience measurement
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand its traffic: pages viewed, referring page, country, device type, browser and operating system, as totals.
This tool places no cookie and writes nothing in your browser. A visit identifier is computed server-side from the IP address and browser, salted, and never kept beyond twenty-four hours; the IP address is not stored. It can neither identify you nor track you across websites, which is why no consent banner is required. You can block it with a filtering extension without affecting the website.
External resources
The resources needed to run the interface are included in the website during the build process. If an external resource or video is added later, any trackers it may use will be documented here before it goes live.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can clear your browser's site data at any time to remove the hm-theme and hm-booted preferences. This does not concern any cookie and does not prevent you from viewing the website.

Changes
If we introduce trackers requiring consent, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be implemented before they are placed.
